Michelle trained as an Operating Room Nurse in 2000 at the Asian Hospital Medical Centre in the Phillipines. Michelle has over 20 years of experience as a senior Sister and Team Leader in General Surgery, Gynaecology, Urology and Plastics at Heatherwood Hospital, before becoming Matron in Theatres/DSU/POA at West Middlesex University Hospital.
