Lisa has worked in theatres throughout the UK. Previous roles include Theatre Matron in the NHS and Head of Nursing in the independent cosmetic and aesthetic sector. She also served as a Major in the Army Reserves for 18 years, completing operational tours to Iraq and Afghanistan. Lisa is a Specialist Advisor for the CQC and a non-elected Trustee on the AfPP Board.
