Marc has worked in health care workforce transformation and development for a number of years. His experience includes working in Human Resources in a large acute NHS trust, workforce planning for a variety of providers and systems, and leading the delivery of a wide array of programmes whilst working for Skills for Health. Marc currently works within Health Education England’s Workforce Transformation Team leading on work on Elective Care Recovery which includes the Building Outstanding Theatre Teams programme.
