John is a practicing anaesthetist, director at 33n and the national lead for HEE’s CLEAR Programme. Following his father's experience of the NHS in 2013, John took time out of his clinical work to learn about healthcare modelling and system redesign to improve patient care and outcomes. With two clinical colleagues equally passionate about improving care, he formed 33n, a company bringing together clinicians and experts in data analytics and workforce redesign. With support from HEE, the National CLEAR Programme was born.
