I joined Mobilityways 12 years ago when the main reason given by employers for wanting our services was to manage car parks struggling with an excess of demand.

Parking is still an issue for many, but sustainability has rapidly risen to top many agendas. Our “ reason for being” at Mobilityways is to help the UK achieve Zero Carbon Commuting by 2040 at the latest. This is also my personal driver – if you haven’t yet read The Future We Choose (Christiana Figueres) , I would strongly recommend that you do to appreciate that life for our kids will be very, very different, depending on the choices that we make now.

The case for a sustainable approach to commuting is greatly strengthened however by a plethora of operational benefits which include the support of wellbeing objectives. I have discovered through my work with 40 NHS Trusts and a variety of large employers in Retail, Logistics, Financial Services, Local and Central Government, MOD, Police and Professional Services organisations.
