Natalie is an enthusiastic and experienced Senior Manager in the Public Sector with a successful track record of designing, managing and implementing complex programmes of change which have delivered significant cashable savings and improved services..

Natalie pursued her passion for improving public services, by joining and supporting a number of councils through Local Government Re-organisation and going on to lead transformation programmes across the public sector. Throughout her career Natalie has lead on the business case production and implementation of national major initiatives as well as leading and developing Public Services Reform teams which she recruited and developed, overseeing and contributing to the development and delivery of internal and multi-agency major projects and portfolios of work.

As Managing Director for C.Co Natalie is responsible for putting these skills into practise, ensuring C.Co is continually adding value to our Clients and ensuring we continually develop their capabilities through skills transfer
