Peter Grace is the Clinical Nurse lead for the Tameside and Glossop Digital Health Service. Peter launched the service in March 2017 to 4 care homes and has big ambitions for the future of the service. Before this Peter worked in ED as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Peter started his NHS career as an auxiliary in ED at Tameside Hospital for four years before qualifying as a nurse in 2006. He then took up a post as a Trauma & Orthopaedic Nurse, in 2008 he took up a position in the Emergency Department at Manchester Royal Infirmary as a band 5 before qualifying as Emergency Nurse Practitioner in 2012. Since 2014 Peter has returned to work at Tameside Hospital in the ED as an Emergency nurse practitioner, Matron for urgent care & now DM & Clinical Nurse lead for Digital Health.
