Adrian is Head of Property Development at NHS Property Services, where he leads an in-house multidisciplinary development and planning teams to deliver quality healthcare environments and realise latent potential from the NHSPS Estate in the course of implementing a co-ordinated strategy of improvement and renewal of the portfolio providing clinical services.

He has built a reputation over 30 years in real estate development, asset management and investment, and alongside his role at NHSPS provides real-estate strategies and solutions to PLC’s, investors, occupiers and property companies as a Director of Powell Property Consultants.
