Ed has worked for PKL for 11 years delivering modular kitchens for clients all over the world. Ed is a Certified Food Service Professional (CFSP) and has worked on a number of large-scale modular kitchen and restaurant installations for clients operating on MOD bases, and also has a wealth of modular kitchen experience here in the UK, where he has commercially led on more than 50 projects, ranging from an individual Food Kiosk project to the turnkey provision of 8 Permanent Specification Modular kitchens for a client in Lincolnshire, inclusive of the Principle Contractor responsibilities.
