James is a Senior Account Executive at C-STEM, focusing on helping organisations gain visibility of their vulnerabilities. James has a background working closely with public sector organisations, in particular the NHS. He is currently supporting multiple trusts with their digital transformation journey, focusing on cyber resilience and compliance. Within a previous role, James worked for a Healthcare Informatics organisation and supported many Electronic Patient Records (EPR) implementations and therefore has a strong knowledge of NHS environments, challenges, legislation and compliance standards.

Being a qualified lecturer, James has a good understanding of the education sector with experience of working within Further Education. Having recently lectured throughout the pandemic, he has experienced first-hand the changing landscape of delivery and how IT has played a major role. This has given him a greater insight into the challenges and increased cyber risks the education sector faces.
