Dr Jon Roozenbeek is a British Academy Postdoctoral Fellow at the Department of Psychology at the University of Cambridge. His research focuses broadly on online misinformation, polarisation, extremism, and vaccine hesitancy. As part of his research, Jon has developed several interventions that serve as psychological “vaccines” against online misinformation, such as the online browser game Bad News. He is currently writing two books, the first on the psychology of misinformation, and the second on information warfare in eastern Ukraine.
