Chloe Catney is the Head of Research, Analysis & Evaluation for the West Yorkshire Violence Reduction Partnership (VRP).

Chloe joined the VRP at inception in 2019 and fully developed the Knowledge Hub function, putting research and evidence-based practice at the heart of everything they do, allowing the partnership to effectively reduce violence and its underlying root causes. 

Chloe has over 20 years of experience in the research, data and analysis of police and public sector data. 

Chloe holds a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge in Applied Criminology and Police Leadership and is an advocate of evidence based practice and innovation in the public sector.
