Stuart is a civil engineer with significant experience across the construction sector providing senior supply chain leadership for 20 years. He is proactive in supporting cross government initiatives to help deliver the vison to build back better.

He strives to make government a better client to support a sustainable construction industry. He brings a proven track record from highly regulated sectors to improve standardisation, BIM and MMC into the public sector to deliver whole life value for the UK tax payer.

Under Stuart’s leadership the Crown Commercial Services construction group has supported many new public sector clients with sourcing their construction needs through alliancing and collaborative contracting methods. The success of the support has resulted in public sector spending through the construction categories doubling over the last 2 years.
