Philip Box is Public Affairs and Policy Officer at the UK Green Building Council, a charity with over 570 members from across the whole built environment value chain, construction, and property sectors - committed to improving the sustainability of the UK’s built environment. From investors, occupiers and developers, to designers, contractors and suppliers - UKGBC works across the breadth of the industry to secure consensus and spread best practice. Through the World Green Building Council, UKGBC is part of a global network of like-minded organisations in almost 80 countries.
Having previously worked at the Think Tank Bright Blue on energy policy, and the National Trust on campaigns and advocacy, Philip leads UKGBC’s work on planning, design, nature, and climate resilience policy.
