Concia is Head of Social Prescribing at One Westminster and has worked in the voluntary and community sector for 15 years, mainly for Westminster charities – and has specialised in health and wellbeing roles.

She joined One Westminster’s Organisation Support Team as Health and Wellbeing Lead in 2018.

From April 2020 Concia took up the role of Head of Social Prescribing and manages the Social Prescribing Link Workers and Westminster’s Social Prescribing offer.
