Paul is the Headteacher of Parkwood Primary, International Spanish School in Hackney. Having previously taught and lead in a range of schools, including primary, middle, and an inclusive special and mainstream school, as well as a school with an additional resource provision for speech and language. While at Parkwood Paul has developed a vision and ethos which embraces global learning.  Through this the school has: piloted a study for Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL); been awarded the international school award 2019-2022 and was the first school to be accredited as an International Spanish School by the Spanish Embassy.
