Adam delivered the first two Government FM standards (Management and Services and Asset Data) in 2022 along with the first government FM strategy. Adam's current focus is on aligning government FM with its key missions.

Adam has over 30 years’ experience in FM, including supply chain, consultancy and client side. Since 2003 Adam has worked in central government for the Home Office and Ministry of Justice before moving to the Cabinet Office in 2020.
