Sarra Fotheringham has worked in UK policing for 21 years, the first 15 years were in local policing in a variety of senior leadership roles supporting operational policing and leading change management of bi-lateral collaboration. Sarra now works for the College of Policing and leads on the National Digital and Cyber Capabilities to develop and deliver policing standards, digital leadership and increase policing performance. She collaborates with UK, European and US law enforcement colleagues to develop and optimise collaboration to provide nationally consistent standards and solutions to improve policing capability in digital evidence and investigation, countering the criminal threat from AI and fraud and cybercrime.
