Brilliant Minds Open Talent

Gary is a father to an autistic teenager and co-founded Brilliant Minds Open Talent in 2021 to help neurodivergent people find rewarding work in technology-related roles.  He has a long career in the IT industry and through his extensive network of contacts in global IT enterprises, is encouraging them to recognise the value neurodivergent talent can offer to help address the global IT skills shortage.

Brilliant Minds is exploring the world of “open talent” and the “gig economy” as an enabler for many people to find flexible, home-based or hybrid work opportunities as a viable alternative to traditional employment models.  Brilliant Minds believes in empowering neurodivergent people to take ownership of their careers and support needs and are launching the Brilliant Minds Community App in April to provide a forum for neurodivergent jobseekers to access support services, share experiences with each other and apply for flexible roles with supportive employers.
