Aidan joined Texthelp in 2017 to expand the reach of their assistive technologies across the UK and Ireland. Aidan specialises in helping public sector organisations to support workforce diversity and inclusion strategies, increase staff productivity and customer engagement.

He does this by creating inclusive working environments where everyone - including those with neurodiversities - can achieve their personal and professional goals.
