Being a Neurodiverse individual with multiple conditions under the neurodiversity umbrella, means Renato is passionate about reducing the challenges and disadvantages for neurodiverse colleagues in the workplace. As the Neurodiversity lead and co-chair of the MOJ Disability network (ABLE), he works with senior leaders to promote Neuroinclusive practices, establish policies that support colleagues and raise awareness of the strength and challenges of neurodiverse staff creating culture that minimises impact challenges, to promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.

He also works with the accessibility design team making sure that they create an inclusive culture in all that the Ministry of Justice does.
