Zoë Walker worked in the charity sector, for 8 years in operations and managing fundraising products. Zoë is now currently working as a Civil Servant, where she has worked in a number of departments. Working as Project Manager Office Lead where she leads on risk, governance, planning and reporting, to keep her team focused on the deliverables and address any blockers within any given project.
At each department in the Civil Service Zoë has been actively involved in championing neurodiversity. She is currently the communication lead of the disability staff network. The role involves leading the communication for the network, creating awareness and advising on inclusive recruitment. Zoë is a D&I champion for the directorate; sits on the Dyslexia, Dyspraxia & Dyscalculia Interest Group Steering Group and sits on the Policy Profession Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Communication Campaigns Committees. Zoë is passionate about D&I and to build inclusive working environments.
