Sue Jones BSc (Hons) Psychology is Director of Social Care at the Institute of Health and Social Care Management, specialising in leadership, change management and workforce development.

Sue brings extensive experience with 11 years working within health and social care, both publicly funded and private sectors, alongside 18 years in financial services. This unique combination gives her a strong understanding of both the human and organisational factors that influence successful change. Sue is passionate about helping leaders and organisations navigate complexity, build effective teams and create sustainable improvements in health and social care.
