Tina Fahm is CEO of Bawso, a pan-Wales organisation that supports people from BME backgrounds facing domestic abuse, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery. She has over 25 years of experience across the public, private, and voluntary sectors, mainly in international development and criminal justice, following a career at Booker PLC and the Audit Commission. Tina has served as Legal Services Commissioner, a member of the Parole Board for England and Wales, Home Secretary’s Representative on the Hertfordshire Police Authority and a member of the Westminster Foundation for Democracy.
From 2015 to 2019, Tina served as a commissioner of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) and led reviews that examined the UK’s global commitment to eliminating violence against women and girls.
Tina is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, emeritus governor of the London School of Economics and Political Science, a member of the Ethics Committee of the Royal Economics Society and a Justice of the Peace on the Supplemental List.
