Dr Subhro Banerjee is the Interim Medical Director and Caldicott Guardian at Croydon Health Services NHS Trust. He has been an Emergency Medicine Consultant for over 10 years, which has provided insight and appreciation for the complex and challenging nature of healthcare and the many changes that have occurred.  He is enthusiastic to drive up quality of care, by modernising healthcare operational systems in a rapidly changing NHS landscape.
