Jon McGarrigle is an experienced leader in energy management, sustainability, and operational performance within the public health sector. As Head of Energy and Performance at NHS Wales Shared Services Partnership, Jon plays a pivotal role in driving forward the organization's carbon reduction initiatives, energy efficiency projects, and performance improvement programmes across the Welsh health estate.
