I’m a passionate advocate of the power of digital to help transform services to improve peoples’ lives and their experiences. Some of my main interests in digital are: the benefits of integrating and orchestrating systems that provide services far beyond the physical bounds of facilities and that work for people across geographies and communities, designing for sustainability and wellness, digitally intelligent estates and facilities and integrating them into the wider digital estate’s infrastructure and services, collecting and using data for insights and to test and improve services, and coordinating digital collectively to contribute to the New Hospitals Programme and the wider healthcare economy.
