Charlie Hart

Ausome Minds UK

Neurodiversity & LGBTQ+ Inclusion Speaker

Charlie Hart (she/they), also known as 'Ausome Charlie', is a professional keynote speaker, content creator and consultant, and Director of Ausome Minds UK. She is autistic and ADHD, has complex PTSD, and is bi/pan and gender non-conforming. After twenty years in HR Analytics she now specialises in neuroinclusion, psychological safety and intersecting identities, with a niche in the 'Double Rainbow' intersection of neurodivergence and LGBTQIA+ identity. Charlie pairs lived experience with sound knowledge of the Equality Act 2010 to help employers, educators and policymakers build understanding, compassion, respect and psychological safety for all kinds of minds. With her HR Analyst hat on, she also works on what disclosure figures do and do not tell an employer, and on how to hear a neurodiverse workforce without outing anyone. Charlie is Assoc.CIPD, with a Postgraduate Certificate in Personnel Management and an Intermediate Diploma in Human Resources Management. She is a Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association of UK and Ireland (MPSA) and Founding Vice Lead of the PSA Neurodiversity Community, Lead Facilitator of the Speakers Collective Neurodiversity Special Interest Group, and co-hosts the NeuroWomen Natter podcast with Toni Horn.
