Jamie Cross is Programme Manager at the Local Government Association (LGA), leading sector‑wide work to support the secure and inclusive use of digital technology across councils and communities. Jamie has been involved in building this programme from its early stages, working initially on cyber security improvement across local government and, more recently, leading a sector‑led consultancy service for councils. Jamie works closely with local and central government with a particular focus on leadership, governance, culture and practical delivery through peer‑led improvement programmes.
