She works across councils and central government to shape national approaches to digital transformation, with a focus on enabling practical delivery in complex environments.

Helen has over a decade of experience in digital transformation across the public and social impact sectors. She has led large-scale, multi-country programmes with Google.orgto expand access to digital and AI skills, supporting thousands of learners across Europe.
