With over 10 years experience within TfL, Nicola is now a Senior Manager for Operational Policy, Insight & Analysis within Transport for London. Nicola is tasked to provide analysis, insight and benchmarking activity to enable the development and delivery of evidence-based policy, recommendations for compliance activity, and sound evaluation. Prioritising Safeguarding -notably the protection of those considered most vulnerable on the transport system -Nicola leads key programmes in partnership with safeguarding expertise and policing partners- of which suicide prevention is critical workstream.
