Holly is the Policy and Public Affairs office at WithYou, a national charity providing free, confidential support to people facing challenges with drugs, alcohol or mental health. With over 80 services across England and Scotland, WithYou help more than 100,000 people a year. WithYou is part of Suicide Prevention Consortium, where they work with Samaritans, the National Suicide Prevention Alliance, and the Support After Suicide Partnership to produce research and insight into suicide prevention. Holly leads the SPC's alcohol and suicide workstream, including the most recent report into support pathways for co-occuring issues, which she will discuss at the conference.
Holly is based in the South West, and has studied at both the University of Bristol and the University of Bath, including a Master's degree in Public Policy which focused on the harms caused by the UK's drug regulation system. She has a particular interest in systems thinking and methods of co-production, having previously worked on the Changing Futures programme in Bristol and at Bristol City Council.
