Catherine, REUK's founding Chief Executive, has worked with refugee and asylum-seeking young people in a variety of education-related programmatic, policy, and research roles since 2004. 

Catherine has led large-scale multi-national programmes and worked in sixteen different countries for clients including UNICEF, UNHCR, and Save the Children. She is a founding director and board member at Jigsaw Consult and a regular speaker at conferences and in the media. She has a degree from Oxford University, a masters in education from University College London, and is an honorary fellow at Winchester University.
