Clare is the President of the British Association of Urological Nurses and a Urology Advanced Nurse Practitioner at Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals where she leads a team of clinical nurse specialists. Specialising for over 20 years in the treatment and management of prostate cancer, she has developed many nurse led services and is keen to push the boundaries of advanced practice in response to the health care needs of the local population.

Clare has an interest in strategic business planning and combining her passion for all things urological has encouraged her to take on a national role through BAUN to encourage and support the development and education of urology nurses and promote high quality care whilst influencing the wider health care agenda.
