Sally has over 40 years of experience, as a Healing Centred Practitioner, Community Development Worker, Youth Work Director, and Educator.
Sally is a coach and supervisor, specialising in supporting Voluntary, Community, Charity and Social Enterprise Sector Middle Managers and Directors.
She chairs the National Safeguarding Advisory Group for the National Youth Agency, and is Co-chair of the Women and Girls Equality Panel for the Mayor of Greater Manchester.
As a Trauma Informed and Healing Centred practitioner, Sally has recently co-created a model of Therapeutic Approaches to Community Youth Sport Practices, to support coach mental health and wellbeing.
