Andy's responsibility as Clinical Director is to ensure that all the therapy offered throughout Lifelink Workwell’s services is high quality, appropriate and ethically robust. People seek therapeutic intervention for very personal and unique reasons. It can take great courage to seek out and engage with this process. Andy wants people who reach out to Lifelink Workwell, to have the experience of being cared for by a supportive, professional organisation.

Andy is a professionally registered Forensic Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor and holds associate teaching posts at two universities. Andy is a full registrant of the British Psychoanalytic Council, and an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). Andy has worked for charities, in schools, hospitals and prisons, and in the social enterprise and private sectors developing both operational and clinical management expertise. Andy has integrated therapy with wilderness expeditions, particularly with adolescents, drawing from a background in outdoor education.
