Edward Jones is a Senior Policy Advisor in the NHS Confederation’s ICS Network, where he leads on commissioning, finance, governance and medicines policy. His work covers the new Provider Selection Regime and the delegation of new commissioning responsibilities to ICSs. Before joining the NHS Confederation, he worked at a public affairs agency where he specialised in health policy, supporting private, public and third-sector organisations to understand and influence public policy. Prior to that, he worked in the UK Parliament. He has an MSc in Public Policy and Administration from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
