Fitzroy is the Senior Institutional Equity Officer at the University of East London. His role sits with in the Office for Institutional Equity, which serves as a focal point for institutional leadership in relation to student and staff-facing dimensions of EDI at UEL.

Over a 40 year-plus career, Fitzroy has served in a number of CEO roles for local and national third sector agencies involved in activities such as community development, reuse and recycling, and graduate development.

He has also gained more than twenty years’ experience in organisational consulting across sectors, advising and facilitating on strategy, change management, and leadership development. He is a qualified coach and has a particular interest in coaching applications in career development and EDI contexts.
