Jen has over 20 years' experience of working with Acas both internally and external customers advising on a wide range of employment matters specialising in diversity & inclusion.  

She has worked with both public and private sector organisations to introduce policy, behavioural and strategy changes to enable businesses to strive to ensure legislative adherence, embrace good practice and help create a healthy working environment for all.     

Jen works in our national office, to help our advisers deliver diversity & inclusion products to help customers create a sense of belonging in all workplaces.
