Sarah is the Head of Policy, Public Affairs and Research at the disability charity Sense where she has worked since 2014. She leads the policy and influencing work for the organisation, particularly championing the needs of people with complex disabilities and their families. Prior to working at Sense Sarah was an audiologist in the NHS with a special interest in supporting people with learning disabilities.
