Michelle joined NHS Resolution as Associate Safety and Learning Lead for London.
She graduated in 1998 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine. She also holds a Master’s in Management and a Diploma in Diabetes Management in Primary Care. Her podiatry career has predominantly been within diabetes and vascular lower limb care. She has published research papers and articles and has presented her work at national and international conferences.

Michelle started her career in East Kent, and has worked at King’s College Hospital and most recently at East Surrey Hospital. She has also held the positions of Diabetes Network Manager for East Kent, and South East Clinical Network Lead for Diabetes Foot (NHS England and Improvement), implementing national guidance and providing regional leadership in delivering best practice in patient care.
