As Associate Director for Digital Change, Jenni's role involves understanding the digital strategies across Cheshire and Mersey and Lancashire and South Cumbria and trying to support their agendas then linking them into national work.

Jenni leads our Technology Enabled Care, AI, Quantum Robotics and Autonomous systems projects and the transformation need for successful implementation.

She also supports our SMEs by guiding them in what it means to be NHS/Social Care ready.

Having worked in the NHS for over 15 years as a Pharmacy Technician, she then moving in to Health Informatics working with iSOFT in UK, Australia and India to design and implement their Pharmacy Stock control system with bi directional robotic interface for the UK&I, as well as working for NHS North West on the National Programme for IT as Business Change and Benefits lead, across Lancashire on various projects from step up step down bed management systems to the implementation of the shared care record and more recently at NHS Digital as Engagement Lead for NHS login and Personal Health Records.
