Andy is the Cyber Assurance lead at Digital Health and Care Wales (DHCW), responsible for overseeing the Cyber review and implementation of all clinical systems within the national portfolio. This involves identifying, evaluating, mitigating and reporting on technical and regulatory risks within the development and deployment of technical solutions which are required to enhance the health and care outcomes of patients within Wales.

Andy has over 25 years experience in the IT and Cyber Security field, holding ISC² Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) status for over 20 years.
