Daniel Hallen is the Director of Data & Digital (CIO) at East Lancashire Hospitals, having working in the NHS, local government and private sector. With a background in digital programme leadership and transformation, Daniel has overseen local, national and international programmes of change with a focus on the voice of the customer.

Throughout the last ten years, Daniel’s journey has brought him to assume leadership roles in Cyber Resilience, Information and Security to ensure that the most precious information is kept safe and secure.

Daniel is passionate about inclusion, equity and justice, and has spoken of the need for community, allyship and understanding in all walks of life.
