With an impressive career dedicated to harnessing digital health technology, Paul excels in advising teams to develop and launch impactful products in various markets.

With five years at the forefront of HealthTech, Paul has played a crucial role at ORCHA Health and Tiny Medical Apps, spearheading new product launches, winning places on NHS frameworks, fine-tuning market entry strategies, and driving international expansion.

In a regulatory capacity, Paul has been instrumental in shaping frameworks that are proportionate, objective, consistent, and scalable amidst the ever-evolving digital health landscape. His strategic contributions have been integral to ORCHA’s digital health assessment framework products, guiding their effective implementation in the UK, US, and EU.

Paul's regulatory expertise also encompasses pivotal contributions to the EU-funded Label2Enable project and to the ISO82304-2 framework and as an Advisory Group member for the European Taskforce.  He continues to lend his expertise to standardisation committees, including IST/35 and JWG 7 (Health Informatics), and CH/304/1 (BS30440 Validation framework for AI in healthcare).

Paul is director of Eppaoa and currently advises Tiny Medical Apps on strategic direction and consults with digital health innovators globally.
