Dr Sarah Campbell has 15+ years experience working in wellbeing, education, healthcare and personal and professional development. She is a qualified coach, mindfulness facilitator and has undertaken counselling training. She co-founded an award-winning wellbeing app, 87%, has worked on serious games for healthcare settings, and her research focusses on adolescent and older adult mental health in community settings. As Head of Wellbeing at ACM, she audited, redesigned and implemented an award-winning student support and wellbeing system. During her PhD in psychology, she created a music-based listening intervention to train emotion regulation. She founded Play Well For Life in 2019, a serious games company that develops award-winning social games that support psychosocial development of adolescents, and delivers training to professionals working with young people. Their lead product, Dragons of Afterlands, is an augmented reality board game offering psychological intervention for adolescents with chronic health conditions. Sarah enjoys combining new technologies, such as AR and AI, with evidence-based interventions, taking a co-production approach to all interventions. She has co-edited a new book, “Psychological Digital Practice: the basics and beyond”, published by Open University Press.
