Izabella Natrins is a health professional, international speaker and published author with over 40 years’ experience driving innovation and system-wide transformation in individual and population health. As CEO and Director of Ecosystems Growth at the UK & International Health Coaching Association (UKIHCA), she leads the world’s first professional body for credentialed health coaches and has championed the creation of the UKIHCA Register of Professional Health Coaches -establishing a global gold standard for this emerging workforce.

Izabella’s career spans frontline to boardroom roles, including nursing, MRC health research psychology, national programme leadership in the NHS, organisational development consultancy and senior professional standards leadership within UKIHCA. A passionate advocate for person-centred, preventive and integrative health, she works across healthcare, communities, education, physical activity and workplace whole-health and wellbeing to promote collaborative approaches that strengthen public health outcomes.

She serves on the Council of the British Society of Integrative Oncology (BSIO) and co-founded its Health Coaching Special Interest Group, advancing the role of health coaching in integrative medicine and oncology.
