Based in the UEL Quality Assurance and Enhancement team, Louis has oversight of institutional quality and compliance of apprenticeship provision from levels 4 to 7, including meeting the requirements of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework and the ESFA Funding Rules. His background includes similar roles at Middlesex University, Lewisham College and Southwark College. He is currently studying towards a master’s in strategic quality management with a focus on strategic apprenticeship quality assurance.
