As DWP Head of Apprenticeship Strategy, Planning and Governance, I am responsible for leading the development and implementation of the DWP Apprenticeship Strategy across the organisation. Having dedicated the last six years of my career to apprenticeships, across various roles, I have developed a profound understanding of apprenticeships both strategically and operationally. With over 90,000 employees, DWP is a huge organisation responsible for the welfare and support of over 20 million UK citizens. My aim is to support the development of a more skilled, diverse, and inclusive workforce in line with Government Reform and building a more modern Civil Service.
