Jamie is the Apprenticeship Category Manager at City & Guilds responsible for policy and product related apprenticeship decision making.

Since joining City & Guilds in 2015 he has worked across the apprenticeship reforms and has led across a variety of touchpoints in our apprenticeship service offer and now represents the organisation leading on the full Apprenticeship Category approach

Prior to joining City & Guilds he provided strategic leadership, and decision-making on all aspects of curriculum development, delivery, and quality improvement across FE/Provider apprenticeship provision for over 15 years.

As an ex-apprentice I’m passionate about the apprenticeship offer and one of the greatest things my role allows me to experience and see how enabling completing an apprenticeship can be for many individuals. We see so many transformational examples where apprentices have completed their apprenticeship and progressed to senior positions.
